Mouse Input Device¶

Interface to the system mouse or other pointing device
Variable in which to store the horizontal position of the pointer (in degrees) on the stimulus display
Variable in which to store the vertical position of the pointer (in degrees) on the stimulus display
Variable in which to store the state of the primary mouse button (true if down/clicked, false if up/released)
YES, hide the cursor inside the stimulus display window
YES, track pointer location on the mirror window instead of the main stimulus display window
Name of the display on which to track pointer position and button clicks. If omitted, the default display (if available) will be used.
YES, the device will start I/O automatically (as if by an
implicit Start IO Device action) when the experiment starts running.
Note: Device I/O will always stop automatically when the experiment stops running, irrespective of this setting.
Alternative device to use if this one fails to initialize (e.g. because the required hardware is not available). If
#allowAltFailover is set to 0 or false, this parameter is ignored.
Allowed at top level:
